CooVox-T600 is a professional unified communication system customized for medium and large-sized enterprises. It not only features complete PBX functions such as caller ID and auto-attendant, but also supports advanced features unavailable in traditional telephone systems, including remote extension registration, audio conferencing, and distributed networking. It improves communication efficiency and enhances user value. The CooVox-T600 supports up to 600 extensions and 150 concurrent calls. Equipped with a large 1TB hard drive, it can store up to approximately 15,000 hours of call recordings, making it ideal for enterprises with high call volumes and strict requirements for performance and stability.

Network Topology

Dual Hot Standby

As the name implies, dual hot standby requires two devices to run simultaneously. If one server fails, the other will immediately take over all IP telephony services to ensure uninterrupted business communication. This feature is available on the CooVox-T600 and provides high availability for enterprise IP phone systems.

Attendant Console

The attendant console software is an all-in-one dispatching solution designed exclusively for the CooVox series. It supports both Windows and macOS. Users can achieve real-time paging, emergency alerts, HD background music playback, scheduled broadcasts, and more via the console software.

Remote Management System

The control center can centrally manage each authorized PBX through the remote management system, enabling remote power control, real-time data monitoring, and collaborative troubleshooting.

Billing System

No third-party billing software or complex configuration required. It supports prepaid, postpaid, and credit limit billing methods, flexible rate rule definition, detailed billing records, and statistical reports.

Proxy Service

No fixed public IP, third-party dynamic DNS, or VPN router required. The remote proxy service enables remote SIP extension registration and web remote access, easily solving telecommunication issues for remote offices.
