NDS3301 QAM Modulator (DVB-C Digital Modulator with ASI Input and RF Output)

1 Product Overview

The NDS3301/A QAM Modulator is a high-performance device developed in compliance with the European digital video broadcasting standard for cable TV DVB-C (EN 300 429). It receives TS transport streams from encoders, multiplexers, DVB gateways, scramblers, video servers and other equipment, and processes the streams through RS coding, convolutional interleaving and QAM modulation. The unit features 1×ASI input and 1×RF output, and supports remote management via NMS network management system.

It is widely used in broadcasting stations, media convergence centers, headend TV rooms, interactive services, news gathering and other applications.
